I admire how quickly the democrats put out legislation. They have these horrible laws ready to roll well before the election. Once elected, they pounce and enact. Republicans should take note of this...but they won't. We suck at this governing thing.

What's happening in Virginia right now, between Northern Virginia and Southern Virginia, is exactly what happened between the North and the South, for decades, leading up to the Civil War.
High density population areas in the northern part of the state, along with non-US citizens being allowed to vote ... led to a far left wing Governor and AG taking control of the entire state and thus nullifying the Southern Virginian's Rights on more than 45 Constitutional levels.
The same thing happened between Northern and Southern California and Eastern and Western Washington.
None of this will end well.

The country is gone and we have plenty of states in the middle who seem to be fine with it so there isn’t much point in worrying about it
