Spain must not know how we play with the ME when flying from Israel. Do a touch and go somewhere and on the flight plan you started the actual mission from that base. That way the attack was never originated in Spain on paper.

Spain would not be helpful to us anyways for this incursion. We should however remove them from NATO just for being a socialist country and more aligned with the old Soviet Union than anything else.

Neither Spain nor France allowed the US to overfly their countries when we bombed Libya in the early 1980's either. We flew around them. We lost airmen on that mission on the return flight, which was much longer than it had to be.
