You went from assuring everyone the collusion was real to not even acknowledging it was completely fake (see arrogant prick)…now pivoting to ‘well nothing will happen to them’.

Fail.

Do you care to be accurate at all or is this some type of cathartic release for you?

So ODNI's disclosures are false?

Really? The cathartic release is that some of us have known this for a long time. Tulsi simply confirmed it with the declassification.

So, is it Sedition and/or treason?

You seem to be under the assumption that one has to have always been right to ask reasonable questions.

You really don't. Lots of people have thought people were gonna get got lots of times and then when they aren't they just keep asking questions of each other and it works out just fine, baw, so I have pb standing just like you.

Now why this is treason or sedition?

This is page one, volume I of the senate intelligence committee’s five-volume 2020 report & was never redacted.

This says the exact same thing as ODNI’s “bombshell”, does it not?

The intelligence reports cover Russian motives, methods, disinfo campaigns, hacking voter rolls (7th line in the image pg 22), feeding or claiming possession of false intelligence to Republican campaign officials, Manafort providing a Russian agent (who he formerly worked with on behalf of Putin in Ukraine) with US polling data (volume V), etc.

HRC is a ball of slime, and she went on and on about Trump being an “illegitimate president” in her media appearances… But I’ve no idea where people got the impression any actual investigations or intelligence reports ever at any point concluded that Russia manipulated vote counts.

Intelligence doesn’t speculate on whether any of this affected election results & it’s all more concerned with national security than domestic politics.

Full senate report is generally interesting.

I realize no one is going to read all of it, but the volumes are well outlined/indexed & generally interesting. Rothschilds etc. The only volume over 100 pages is volume V (1000 pages).

ODNI’s declassifieds were still heavily redacted. If it’s all fake, none of it should be sensitive.

Not saying this is what happened. But let’s assume it did. If Obama falsified evidence to claim Trump was a Russian asset. And that led to an impeachment. Would that be seditious in your eyes?

I say this fully realizing you were one of the duped that bought the entire russiagate.

Fill the jury with the biggest MAGA supporters they can find. Let them face the same type of jury Trump faced. Equal justice!

Would intel that went against their opinion, that was ignored and hidden, offer proof of a coordinated lie, and thus conspiracy?

I forgot how much of the Senate report was redacted. I would think Clapper, Comey, et al who may be indicted would be able to present much of that evidence behind the redactions in defense of themselves.

There are procedural trial mechanisms to where the general public (us) would not be privy to the information, but I would imagine most, if not all of it, has probative value as to who knew what, when and why they made subsequent decisions.

if

The best rebuttal posts of those days reminded me that my posts were like yours, posting ifs that would have to be proven. Some had strong evidence, but wouldn't ever have a chance to be proven like the obstruction that Mueller wouldn't charge (DOJ's policy that it won't indict a sitting President) and so he deferred to Congress and then Barr effectively shaped the story through the press to wedge the democrats to avoid an impeachment on obstruction ground & contained the grosser parts of the Russia conduct like the Trump Tower Moscow hangout & Manafort's poll handover to GRU and allowed the turn of the politics around to counter-investigation that continues to this day. Counter-investigations & "if" politics is the easy part. Like with the Epstein story, promising is one thing and delivering is something else.

They can hold the conspirators at Alligator Alcatraz while they await trial.

Yep, process IS punishment.

Let's show them the other side of that coin.

Arrest.

I didn't read this thread. But here is the context and video:

The Rickards guy starts in and Bannon cuts him off for commercials. Then Bannon returns and goes on a riff of Israel bombing Catholic Churches and they are more out of control than many realize and Trump see's it.

AIPAC won't be able to pay to cover this up; other than folks praising Israel as perfection---like Levin scream preaches.

If you want to go right to the OP title of this thread, Slide the video to about 7:00

It is Rickard's assessment. Let's hope to God it rings true, because justice needs to happen as Tulsi says so well in the first part of this video.

Listen to Tulsi carefully in the video I just posted. LINK

"It was more than politicized intelligence, it was manufactured intelligence"

I get that you think people are riled up politically. But it isn't something that removing redactions will solve in Brennan, Clapper, Comey's defense.

There are two reports released. One that intelligence clears Russia completely and doesn't even involve Trump or anyone. (They pulled this PDB so Trump didn't see it)

Then they manufactured whole cloth that essentially Russia did control our election and DJT was involved with his cabinet.

They placed George Papa, Carter Page to do this and back up their lies.

This goes back to what I said yesterday

Intelligence involves a LOT of opinions and subjectivity. That leeway is going to give them a LOT of rope in their defense.

This is also ignoring how most/all of them are immune.

Also, nobody has explained how the hell Florida would be the venue yet
