Post a photo of a letter from President Trump thanking you for your contribution to his campaign, or a photo of your White House invitation to attend President Trump's inauguration or even just a White House Christmas card from President Trump, Melania and Barron.

My Ohio, or letter, or LOLChristmas card....is a shot of the market, our zero tolerance border, or exporting of ILLEGALS, our purging of wasteful spending, our purging of Medicaid fraud, our purging of DEI fahgot policies, our fiscal strengthening thru trade policy, etc etc etc

Trump v United States gives immunity to presidents for all acts performed while acting as president.
Not TREASON, that is not in a President's job duties, or official acts, dufus. You apologists are seriously dense.

quote:
Immunity for Official Acts, Not Private Ones: Recent Supreme Court rulings, particularly in cases involving President Donald Trump, have established that a former president has absolute criminal immunity for official acts within their core constitutional powers, and presumptive immunity for other official acts. However, there is no immunity for unofficial acts.
* The "Official Act" Question and Treason: The crucial question, then, becomes whether an act of treason could ever be considered an "official act" of the presidency. Many legal scholars and commentators argue that an act of treason, by its very definition of levying war against the U.S. or giving aid and comfort to its enemies, could not possibly fall within the scope of a president's legitimate official duties. It would be an abuse of power that goes "manifestly or palpably beyond" their authority.
Like I said...seriously dense.

Before we get into the elements of treason, try a little reversal thought experiment. If Trump had approved this action on Biden in similar circumstances in '20, would Trump be charged for treason?

Yeah, believe hard. He is not going to be arrested or tried.
Well then. A sternly worded letter from Jim Jordan will have to suffice.
Thanks.

Wait, so you're talking about federal charges and asking about a state's death penalty laws.
Do you actively try to be a retard all the time?

Take your pick, doc. Treason and or Sedition.
Using Steele to create the Dossier and 5 Eyes as an end around our own constitution, that could come under Treason.
The crap they did ignoring the intelligence reports of Russia NOT hacking the election of 2016 and yet still creating the allusion of a crime committed by PDJT? That would be Sedition.
Either way it was a coup and most definitely illegal and all who played needs to be prosecuted and persecuted.

Sedition - by approving an operation that wouldn't interfere with Trump taking office?

Do you care to be accurate at all or is this some type of cathartic release for you?

Is that the sole element of a seditious conspiracy charge?
