Probably managed by the sleazy Clinton Foundation which has already raped the country once after the massive earthquake.
Do humanity a favor and put Bill and Hillary on a one way flight there to fix the situation. Bring Chelsea Hubble as well.

I think the Clinton Cash guy explained the racket well. Some contractor paid Bill for a speech and Hillary awarded him a big construction contract. And not to go all Q, but there was a lot of chatter about children getting kidnapped out of there.

Even if they agreed to be annexed we shouldn’t want anything to do with Haiti.
Haiti isn’t a victim of a questionable government, they are a broken society with zero functional infrastructure, a population that would have to be rebuilt culturally and without the means to even feed itself or provide its people clean water.
If Haiti were a property it wouldn’t be a rehab situation it would be an EPA superfund site.
