So here's what I expect from this Congress from the issues they ran on this midterm.

1). They ran on costs and prices. So I expect them to take actions to strengthen the dollar which includes beginning to address debt and spending to get started in the process. I also expect them to reduce the tax burden of Americans from top to bottom. I also expect them to foster larger supply of everyday items by being proactive in reducing the burdens of government intrusion on production, transportation, storage, and sales of products in this country.

2) They ran on the high cost of housing. So I expect home building regulations and requirements to be reduced. I expect addressing the problem of the price of timber vs the price of lumber by encouraging more processing of wooden building materials to increase supply. I also expect tax breaks and similar incentives for home buyers.

3) They ran on the high price of fuel. So I expect the problem of too few refineries to be addressed soon. I expect no headwinds to energy exploration and transportation. I also expect no additional taxes or overreaching regulations to be added to any source of energy so the supply of fuel can reach the American public cheaper and more efficiently.

4) They ran on the price of electricity. So I expect a push for increased, low cost, generation of electric power to be a cornerstone of an American citizen cost reduction agenda. I expect a push for more nuclear, natural gas, and biomass electric generation plants to be high on the agenda. Thus reducing costs for the American citizen.

5) they ran on the economy. So I expect an agenda to grow business that does not add cost, but reduces costs for businesses to expand and add workers.

I also expect that they will not engage in endless investigations, committees, and subpoenas of individuals that do not align with their worldview since they have spent two years now calling that vindictive, intrusive, mean spirited, and costly.

Do the dems on the board agree?? That we should hold them to this?

So basically, you’re expecting them to do it your way, because you’re the one that knows how to do it.

Your expectations are fantasy. Do you really think the Dems will reduce spending and regulations.

1. USAID will be reconstituted
2. NGO's and Non-profits are giddy over the payday coming
3. ICE is on notice and will be neutered to the point they have no effect.
4. Regulations will return for the implementation of the Green new deal
5. Both gas and electricity prices will continue to rise because when we are made to withdraw from the straight it will embolden Iran to now charge tolls and fleece all traffic.

Yeah, this is not how it works. Oil is global commodity traded on the petrodollar.

They are? Well I'm being told that costs and the economy is very important and should be addressed..... by the people that just took over Congress.

Surely these voters will not stand for inaction on this!

Here is their educatioin plan:

form The College Investor

summary:
Education Blueprint: Bundles 22 Democratic bills into a single plan aiming for a well-rounded education, support for educators, and fewer economic barriers.
Funding & Benefits: Triples Title I funding, fully funds special education, provides free universal preschool, and makes school meals free for all students.
Policy Changes & Goals: Seeks to repeal the federal school choice tax credit, double the Pell Grant, and adjust student loan caps and interest rates to reduce college costs.

more money more money more money, The site I got it from shills for democrats

You can expect this shite across the board,

So you are saying we SHOULD expect a Congress friendly to further exploration and production to increase supply of this global commodity? And we should hold them to that?

I get the sarcasm, I was just playing along. The Dems have ZERO plans to accomplish the list you created because the only way to do it is with conservative legislation and we know that will never happen. The playbook is raise taxes, spend more and regulate free enterprise into submission hoping prices go down.

Would these actions reduce costs or not?

Ok. You can add some to the list. I didn't mean to make it exclusive to what I wrote. Actions to reduce the cost of energy along with other costs are welcomed.

But the question remains.. should be hold them to it?

Nah, command economies and crushing regulation is the obvious way to go. It works if only implemented fully and properly. Especially in huge heterogeneous nations originally founded on liberty.

When you say the Marxist Dems "ran on" those issues, don't mistake that to mean that they will do anything to correct them.
Anyone wondering how things will be simply needs to look back at Biden’s 4 years. Times 10.

I am sure they will do all of that right after they get through permanently allowing abortion up until the time of birth. Docks required to be removed shortly after birth. Men in women's sports being required, pronouns being required.Purple hair being required, Vaccinations being required and Islam being the new religion of the United States of America with nobody ever being allowed to say the Pledge of Allegiance ever again.

Are you aware of how long it takes to get an oil refinery to full operational staus?

It takes about 7-12 years from intial planning, enviormental studies, premitting.

So you want to address the issues that won them the midterms, but only in the way you think they should address them? That's not quite how this works muchacho...

What are you, 10 years old? Still believe in Santa Clause and unicorns?

You are getting nothing from your wish list. That all campaign talk.

What you will get is

Higher taxes
More regulatory restrictions
More cultural and race based entitlements

In that case, in 2 years I would guess that items 1-4 will be reconstituted

They are going to pass a bunch of universally loved things and send it to Trumps desk. If he passes them, its a win, if he vetos them then they will sweep in 2028 campaigning on that alone.
