I'll ask again, what crimes did Trump commit as referenced by this lawyer? Please quote the federal statutes.

As I told Bonds, walk away from your echo chamber and there is an abundance of sources to answer your question. You're not a child, are you? Why the frick does daddy need to do your homework for you?

That isn’t how it works....at all. Sentencing guidelines and sentencing recommendations aren’t your forte? If he had anything....he would have turned it over. It makes ZERO sense to wait until after the deal. I mean....this isn’t difficult stuff.

You don't understand the difference between SDNY and the Special Counsel? You don't understand the division of who is handling what? You don't understand that, more often than not, cooperation pleas are kept under seal? You are just ignoring Lanny Davis's statements that Cohen will be working with Mueller?

what a lazy “argument”. I don’t watch Fox. My time as as a prosecutor is what I am basing my amusement at your ignorance upon. I do find it interesting you tell others to stop watching fox while immediately admitting watching cnn and msnbc to get your legal analysis. You are a caricature.

Wait. Are you saying there is another case against Cohen out there? Is that what you’re saying?

His post was one line and in response to the entire OP. You with your usual dishonesty are trying to pick one sentence out of the OP and pretend his one line was in specific response to that only to suit your argument. Kind of pathetic really.

As to the subject at hand, I believe all the man was saying is that if Cohen or attorney client privilege were used or leveraged in any way to perpetuate the crimes he claims to have information about then it is fair game. Carry on with your 100 posts a day of damage control and vitriol though!

If I have back taxes I owe, can I use campaign funds to cover them?

Paying off whores isn’t a campaign expense. No matter how many times you repeat that it is.

Clearly you have no clue what you are talking about. You say crimes were committed. We ask what crimes? You respond by screaming about Fox News. How embarrassing for you

Ok. Which part of the OP would be subject to the crime/fraud exception?

Either list the crimes that Trump committed in terms of "collusion" or sit down, son.

Wait. The alleged crimes took place prior to the election, right? When would that privilege have been asserted? Your timeline doesn’t work. Again...not difficult stuff.

Michael Cohen pled guilty yesterday saying that it was.

And can somebody just say Con Fraud US and/or aiding/abetting of conspiracy to hack to move this conversation along?

Do you have code cites? Let’s go through these. Wait does that say aiding a conspiracy to hack?

Am I the only one that sees this as very unethical? Why is a defense attorney going on national TV and acting as an extension of the special council prosecutor?

With that being said, just bc you know of something, as did the WH at that time, doesn't mean collusion. So goodluck!

You’ve studied this enough to know that you’re being dishonest when you pretend that it is a crime. So are you stupid or dishonest?

Reaching again. You are trying to do preemptive damage control before we even know precisely what Cohen is offering up. Shilling with fallacious appeals to your legal "expertise" is therapeutic for you. That much is clear. But in this case I think we should wait for the facts of the statement before spasming all over the board. What say you junior counsel?

Sucks that Conspiracy is in fact a crime.

Then Hillary and the DNC are guilty of Conspiracy for conspiring with a foreign agent (Steele) and the Russians in order to get dirt on Trump.
