What is Trump's alleged crime here?

Who didn't know that wikileaks got hacked materials from the DNC?
ETA: I'm still cheering it on.

It isn't all that complicated. You can speak in confidence with your attorney about a crime but you can't use your attorney to help you perpetuate a crime.

What I am saying is that the poster has no idea how the crime/fraud exception works. What are you talking about? I won’t accept a free Ferrari either. It’s easier to turn down shite that isn’t offered. What is the relevance? Why did you bring it up?
My point is that Cohen and Davis are telegraphing to the public, Mueller, Trumpworld, and perhaps most importantly, to the GOP in Congress, that this shite is serious and it isn't going away. He will happily turn over everything he knows to not only reduce his sentence, but to rid this country of a traitorous president.
I mean y'all can keep your heads in the sand, but what Davis said last night and this morning should scare the living frick out of any Trump loyalist. Ya boy's fixer and confidante has flipped on him and has a lot to tell, including treasonous cooperation with an enemy to turn an election using stolen information, hacking of voting infrastructure, and illegal campaign contributions to silence adulterous stories 2 weeks before an election he won by only 77,000 votes across three states.
I'd say it'd be best for him to just resign at this point but, he's not that big of an idiot, he'd be arrested as soon as he walked out the WH door.

Now apply that to what the OP said and tell me if it applies. Because that is what the poster you are white knighting for said. You are right. This isn’t difficult stuff.

Do Trump people really find this incredible?
Another lawyer using the Trump TDS as a way to earn publicity? Not really

No they aren't. They're screaming out in desperation.

There is no crime. Just a finable campaign issue that almost every president has been guilty of.

Enlighten me and quote the applicable statutes. Thank you.

When nothing comes of this...will you admit to having your head in the sand?

He's already had 64 years of prison time reduced to 5-6. Why do you think that is? Because SDNY felt bad for him?

I'll ask again, what crimes did Trump commit as referenced by this lawyer? Please quote the federal statutes.

I really didn't think all this was that big of a deal until I saw Bonds try to convince everyone on the board it isn't a big deal for like 18 hours straight so far

are you saying if a person/target/defendant tells his attorney he committed a crime, the crime/fraud exception allows the lawyer to disclose? My god. You are using legal terms...unfortunately you have no idea what they mean. How embarrassing for you.
No, if a lawyer participates in furtherance of the crime or conspires to help to obstruct justice then the privilege is gone.

oh my. Tell us...what code section, specifically, do you think was violated that will lead to arrest. Remember to be specific.
Flip away from Fox and you'll find that there have been campaign finance legal experts on every other major news network for the past 16 hours explaining this to viewers.

That isn’t how it works....at all. Sentencing guidelines and sentencing recommendations aren’t your forte? If he had anything....he would have turned it over. It makes ZERO sense to wait until after the deal. I mean....this isn’t difficult stuff.
