Michael Cohen pled guilty yesterday saying that it was. You’ve studied this enough to know that you’re being dishonest when you pretend that it is a crime. So are you stupid or dishonest?

So If I go to police station and plead guilty to watching an LSU game then they will lock me up right?

You look so silly trying to defend this.

That’s simply not the case.

Hiring a foreign intelligence officer from an ally power (England) to investigate someone , accounting for the payment of that hiring, using campaign funds derived from the proper sources

IS NOT

the same as meeting with sanctioned agents of a hostile power (Russia), to discuss transmitting hacked/stolen materials, while not disclosing that this quid pro quo to remove sanctions exists or why, while not accounting for them as campaign used funds or donation, then lying under oath about them to multiple parties.

The former is not a crime. The latter is multiple crimes.

No. But if you’re also guilty of millions of dollars of fraud and your lawyer is a Bama fan, he might make that part of the plea deal.

This isn’t dawning on you yet because you’re too emotionally invested. It will get more clear as time goes on.

I care about the law, if there's a violation talk to Rosenstein about investigating.

The judge accepted his plea for a campaign finance reporting violation after saying this. I think a better question is why you think this isn't a crime if the judge does.

Tin foil wearing Maddow’s show is certainly the place to drop that knowledge.

Because it wasn’t a campaign expense and you know it.

No I get it.

First Giuliani says truth isn't truth.
Now Trump says Crime isn't Crime.

If you're a Trump devotee you have to believe all of this from the Cult leader and his minions. Just don't drink all of the Kool-Aid and maybe you can escape.

I’m not a Trump devotee. I didn’t even vote for him.

Meh. Quite a stretch to claim the judge thinks it’s a crime based upon accepting a plea deal. All the judge needs to accept a deal is a belief there is SOME factual basis for the prosecution to accuse.

Do I really seem high or does it seems like the equivocation of the hiring of an English investigator for money that everyone knew was paid for isn’t the same thing as the conspiring with Russian spies to disseminate stolen emails to remove Russian sanctions hidden and lied about for a year isn’t the same thing at all?

You do realize that the prosecution has texts, emails and recordings right? It corroborates his plea, otherwise why would he admit to these campaign crimes?

Nothing in those texts makes it a campaign expense because it is not a campaign expense. Hang in there, fella.

No need to go down this rabbit hole, we know that Trump supporters' distraction and whataboutism make you think you need to do this, but you don't.

Reaching again. You are trying to do preemptive damage control before we even know precisely what Cohen is offering up.

What? Cohens lawyer says he has info regarding trumps knowledge of hacking. Give me a situation...any situation you can think of where the crime/fraud exception would apply here. You don’t like that you got caught being a little ignorant on how things work...and now you are digging in. You know, without a doubt, the crime/fraud exception doesn’t apply here. Yet you stuck you nose out to white knight when you hadn’t thought t through. It’s ok to admit being wrong.

I did like the part about waiting for facts being important to you. Your lack of self awareness is staggering.

Cute. A non-lawyer attempting to put down someone who might only be “junior- counsel”. Unfortunately for your attempted jab...I am, mostly, retired counsel.
