This entire case just proves how out of touch Smollett and people that believed him are. They have never interacted with a Trump supporter or right winger. They assumed that we all have nothing better to do, but go around harassing and lynching black people.

Even if you were prone to believing some racists would want to do this to him based on his story, you'd have to believe

The apartment / condo he was staying in had a kitchen. I would love to know if the police were able to look in the fridge and cabinets to see if he had any food. Who goes out for food at that time of night in those cold temperatures if they have any food in the house?
