I still don't think the accusation makes sense. Or it could have kinda happened just not to the extent she said. Or it could have happened. Or not at all. Or by someone else.
All that aside, she made a good impression by almost all accounts. Buffoonish senators hammering away at her is a gigantic risk with completely unknown upside. It'd be different if you're sending in someone really accomplished for the kill. But GOP senators?

He can only recover if someone comes forward and says they assaulted her, not the judge. So far she has been consistent but vague enough to derail his confirmation.
