I would also like to know why the music was being played upstairs and not downstairs where everybody was. Also, there wasn’t a bathroom downstairs she could’ve used, why did she use the upstairs bathroom assuming that there was a downstairs bathroom which there most certainly would’ve been.

Drinking age was 18 at the time, so many high school seniors could have purchased the beer.

Shouldn't she be asked how well she knew Kavanaugh and Judge before this incident and how many times she ran into them after? It seems like that would be an important detail to establish some credibility in her certainty that it was Kav and Judge.
