Her defense in the Dominion defamation case was that no one really believed her in the first place.

Not even just that no one did believe her, but that "no reasonable person would" believe her.

Trump can’t afford legal fees is a common statement on this board.

That is a false statement

He can.

If you were indicted by the most corrupt administration in the history
of the United States would you go into your wallet if necessary?

Yes. You would. Trump can and will if necessary

Stop pretending that he can’t.

It is a silly argument.

Yesterday these idiots were saying he couldn't post bail. They are delusional.

She certainly is entitled, but she's one of 19 defendants. She is certainly welcome to try to get her case severed from the other defendants, but she can't dictate their trials.

Anyone getting their case severed is a win for Don. If you don’t think they are playing legal strategy with most of it not all defendants, you are ignorant.

I’d have as many trials as possible by the election without having Trumps, get all of the voter fraud evidence out and broadcasted live to the public.

They have to either drop the charges or look like complete asses when the defense of actual undisputed voter fraud is proven.

The whole RICO and underlying charges collapse.

They fricked up bigly with this case. They were banking on the optics to sink Trump or make him back out of the race.

Why he kept saying “I just need one more and I’m guaranteed to win.” He told the two that collected the data from 2000 miles to “keep their stuff handy” a week before his GA indictment when speaking in Alabama.

This will blow the lid off the Zuckerberg drop boxes and ballot harvesting and stuffing.

On government cameras, indisputable.

This isn’t dominion machine BS. (Which is also true just impossible to prove)

You are missing the point. I will gladly part with $2K to preserve the American way of life that I grew up with. None of us will have any semblance of that with another 4 years of this Communist regime.

I legit cannot imagine preparing for a RICO trial with 19 defendants in 60 days.

Do you believe she just started preparing? What do you think she’s been doing these past three years?

Stiffing them like a contractor at a Trump casino

I grew up in NJ. Hard not to know someone who didn’t get screwed over by a Trump project going bankrupt. Every building he put up was always some sort of public/private funded project that would got bankrupt 3-4 times before getting completed. Most scenarios often involved politicians and mobsters flipping on each other. Trump always seemed to be one guy away from getting indicted himself. He was much more a villain than a hero amongst the working class back in the 1980’s.

Ready, or not, it is going to happen with Chesebro on Oct 23. As I understand it, he is the only one who can withdraw his request for the speedy trial. So unless he changes his request a trial will happen on Oct 23. May as well throw Powell in the mix, since Fani want's to try them all together anyway.
Nobody has gotten discovery yet. He and Powell can waive the speedy trial in the first hearing after discovery.

More than likely he waives it because NOBODY wants to sit at a table with Powell as a co-defendant.

The difference is every defendant sans Trump will end up arguing they believed they were taking lawful actions at the direction of the President.

Most of these people were never federal government employees. So “the President told me to do it” isn’t going to work for them.
