This. We have infants and toddlers with Fatty Liver Disease from the HFCS and other crap in formula and basically most foods in the supermarket. Once the liver is impacted metabolic diseases follow.

If we're lucky we'll be as old as that guy. One day.

We homeschool and can clearly see that our kids perform much better when they get some sun and exercise. There have been countless times when they go run around in the backyard or hop on their bikes in the morning, then come in and crank out their assignments, eat lunch, then get back outside.
It's a bit harder in the winter, but we have a gym membership and the kids will go swimming or run around the basketball courts there.
They're very happy, well adjusted, and much less socially awkward than their public school contemporaries. I'm completely convinced it's because of physical activity.

That was competition - all the boys tried to out do each other. Now they whine.

Boys today would be the same as then if put in same environment. The sad fact is that generation of white kids in that video were gifted with an incredible life: great weather, traditional values, masculine men, feminine women, endless opportunity...and they cashed it all in, refusing to pass that along to their kids and grandkids. Importing cheap labor was more important to them than the future of their home

built one of the best societies ever in a perfect weather climate...then just flushed it all down the toilet by importing the third world
Build it, attract “smart” liberals, tolerate all kinds of degeneracy and crime, builders/high achievers leave when it’s no longer safe taking money and jobs, local community crumbles, the “smart” liberals leave to go make these same choices in another community leaving behind 3rd world imports who never assimilated and drug addicted homeless people.
Cycle then happens in the next blue city

My kids are expected to do a workout at home if they don’t have practice/workout at school. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory exercise days, as well.

I remember playing tag/chase or kickball as a kid with friends before the school bell rang to go to class. We put in miles on our own before the school day because we got dropped off at school so early. I believe burning off some energy really helped me focus.

Do schools even do Field Day anymore ?

Hell I took PE all through high school. We played full court every day. Some kids would skip class just to play.

Think that’s it. Just make an effort. Can’t do a pull up? Don’t quit and play on your phone. Work at it. Kids get frustrated they can’t do something and quit. Someone else will do it for them. Sadly the real world has been doing the same thing.
At work if you struggled doing something and the journeyman or foreman walked up to do it, you’d be calling him daddy the rest of the day. No way I’m calling another man that, come hell or high water I will figure it out.

I was just commenting to my wife I didn’t remember seeing as many overweight kids growing up as I do at our kids school.
We went to our kids prayer and pledge and all of the 5-6th graders looked chunky. I know I wasn’t chunky growing up but I also don’t remember seeing that many chubby kids. I mean every one of the boys were larger. The girls probably 2/3rds.

I'm not sure his age. I was joking but I too remember the Presidential physical fitness test.

Chances are, they get way less fitness at home. But this should be required once a day at school.

After 17 years of parenting success and failure these are my “must dos”:
Children should be made to compete in a sport and develop an artistic skill like an instrument or drawing.
At minimum boys should wrestle or another type of combat sport and girls should play a team sport.
Children should be made to refer to all adults with yes ma’am-sir and no ma’am/sir.
Children should keep their rooms clean and help with chores.
Parents should act respectful to each other and take their children to church on Sunday mornings.

No, Yes, Yes.
They definitely hate America, but they don’t want kids unhealthy.

Which bull would you rather fight? An obese, lethargic, sick one? Or a badass one that can jump the barrier and roll mfers going down the street?
If they can just keep the gen pop a little overweight, a little sick, a little slow, it's less likely they fight back
