Don’t people shoot and kill folks that break into their house all the time?

Seeing 8 downvotes.

I can only assume they're a bad shot and missed the upvote button.

They probably shouldn't have guns if they aren't coordinated enough to hit a button right next to their thumb.

Hey alter!

I take it you are a thief, rioter and looter.

I feel bad that you came from a bad home.

wouldn't it be more anarchist to let criminals run around causing havoc and chaos without any threat of recourse? I mean... San Francisco is exactly what would happen. errrrryones homes would become a Walgreens and you'll be expected to usher in the "under privileged," make them tea, and sit around while they ransack your house.

talk about anarchy.

Clarification here.

Any property? Or your own property?

His dad lives in Kenosha. My parents were divorced, and get this, they lived in different towns 15 minutes away from each other.

I’m kinda torn on this.

I’d feel pretty shitty for killing someone stealing my lawnmower or something. How about if I just shot them in the arse with some 7 1/2 lead birdshot?

Now come towards my home with a Molotov cocktail and I’m giving them several 5.56’s to the torso and head. No regerts.

Absolutely yes.

Something a would be intruder of my home should keep in mind.

My locked door is actually for their protection, not mine

If the police hadn’t been ordered to stand down in Kenosha, then that property wouldn’t have needed protecting by non law enforcement US citizens. Kyle’s hand was forced to protect his community because the government failed to uphold their duty.

And I'm sure most on here know that commercial insurance policies do not cover destruction due to riots. So basically if they loot and burn your store, you're fricked.

The police have a duty to protect people's property and lives. They should NEVER be told to stand down.

An alarming number of people believe we should not even have a right to own property, much less protect it.

Due to the high cost of ammo expect no warning shots.

/\ THE /\ only important factor.

Once the government abdicates it's duty to fulfill its OBLIGATIONs, then citizenry MUST fill the void.

Otherwise => license for anarchy where NOBODY is safe.

Do not understand why there is ANY fuzz on this issue.

The laws on self defense apparently need to be re-written, as the laws on the books now it seems, will not protect us.
