Jackson Lee has a well-documented history of being the worst employer on Capitol Hill. With plenty of job security representing a safe Democratic district, she goes out of her way to demean and abuse members of her staff. As Jonathan Strong, then of the Daily Caller documented in 2011, she constantly referred to one staff member as “You Stupid Motherfricker,” threw her cell phone at another and demanded to be chauffeured by car when travelling between House office buildings (which are connected by tunnels) and that staffers run to the supermarket at 2 a.m. to buy garlic supplements for her. The congresswoman was also known to proclaim angrily ‘”What am I a prostitute? Am I your prostitute? You can’t prostitute me.”

Uh yes he does.
Everybody in the Justice Department and the FBI is acting with the President's powers and consent to execute and enforce the laws of the United States. It's the same reason why Mueller can't indict Trump.
There's no such thing as AG powers, he's just a subordinate official using the President's power to investigate and prosecute.
You know why congress keeps asking intel officials if Trump has asked them to shut down the Russia investigation and prosecution or impede them in any way at all?
Or Obama refusing to prosecute illegal aliens under DACA under prosecutorial discretion?
It's because the President has that explicit power.
The constitution is pretty clear on this. The President is charged with enforcing and executing the laws of the United States of America as duly passed by Congress. Subordinate officials in the executive branch are merely exercising that President's power with the President's consent and following his orders.

I think Trump should dump a couple of million bucks into someone to oppose her who would just go around describing how utterly STUPID this dumb bicth really is. He wouldn't win, but it would be fun for him to run ads in Houston that featured her stupidity - just for the laughs.

Even ignorant people usually know which side of the political fence they are on. It's a simply concept: oppose anything supported by the opposition party. And yes, it cuts both ways.
Our nation is too deeply divided and the only way out that I can see is some sort of geo-political division but I don't see that happening since the opposing factions are intermixed geographically.
