Softball playing McNeese too, but in Lake Charles.... closest the softball and baseball teams come to me in Houston this year, so I made the drive over... hoping for 2 LSU wins tonight

I agree 100% and have heard the same... and one of those is close family to me with a natty in recent years who said he is distracting to the home team pitchers.

I'm hosting 117 high school teams in our tournament in Bryan/College Station and I had the big screen TV in the pavilion on the LSU games so I could watch... over and over, I heard kids, coaches, parents talk about how he's a distraction and they pull against LSU because of him. I just sit in silence watching the game

We do play in Lake Charles this month... closest LSU plays to Texas this year. I'm going to try to go to that game.

I checked and they won 4-2 over #5 Oregon... they also beat Rutgers 4-3 ans lost to #13 Clemson 5-3 in 8 innings
Also Belmont beat Georgia today 2-1 ( lost to UGA yesterday 12-0)

I think I have to disagree some because while Woodward never attended a softball game, Verge has been seen many times at the home games. He may not say or do anything, but I get the feeling that he may be more involved in the non-football sport than Scott.
Verge did go to the SEC soccer tournament, but I'm not sure if he went to the soccer regional at Vanderbilt.
First sport that Verge needs to take a hard look at after men's basketball is volleyball. That sport has underperformed for many years and I'm not sure when the last time they made the postseason.
