So Texas activates the guard on state active duty orders answering to the Governor. What is preventing Biden from overriding the activation by placing the Texas guard on title 10 orders and shipping them off somewhere? From what I understand, federal active duty orders have precedence over state active duty.

Oops. We’ve mislaid the coordinate grid.
We can find them and remove them. But it may take some time. Without proper coordinates, it can be a process.

She was put on that court for one reason and one reason only: Abortion. And that is the only issue you will ever be able to count on her. Anything else, she is a sheet in the wind.

With this court I wouldn't take for granted they will allow Trump on the ballot in the states that are trying to and have taken him off.
