There are no exceptions in the 14th Amendment. Yes, "any person" includes gays, no matter what you think your religious text says.

Marriage is regulated by the government and recognized by the government through the Marriage license that it issues not the church. So yes there is a thing called gay Marriage or you can just call it Marriage.
