He has spoken on it a few times. Basically he thinks believing is a great thing and people that are believers are happier people. He has tried and its just something that doesn't click with him...to his disappointment.

I have the same feeling and experience.

Prayers for a great American. I really enjoy how he looks at things. Dilbert alone was fantastic, even without the psychological and persuasion insight he has. He has a very talented and unique mind.

Always liked Dilbert and Adams’ cynicism regarding corporate America. It’s sad he went a little overboard these last few years but praying for comfort for him and his family.

Went way too hard into conspiracy theories. I’m guessing based off this timeline of him going into palliative care, that his condition impacted his critical thinking.

Hope things improve.. others commenting on why he is there with his money.. could not he get special treatment etc..

my questions also.. I imagine he is super rich??.. has money to spend on stuff.. I had a friend die from cancer.. he had money and went to Europe seeking additional “ techniques”

It is not like he did not get special treatment the rest of us would not..

“, in late 2025, Donald Trump responded to cartoonist Scott Adams' public plea for help with scheduling his FDA-approved cancer drug (Pluvicto), and though Trump didn't personally administer treatment, his intervention, alongside Health Secretary RFK Jr., prompted Kaiser Permanente to expedite Adams' IV scheduling, allowing Adams to begin his fight against advanced prostate cancer. ”

It’s an HMO based system. Kinda insane anyone with money would choose it rather than PPO plans.

How is this political though. He’s a comic book artist.

Since Adams is hyper-political, any discussion of him will necessarily involve politics. If this topic was posted on another board, it very likely gets moved here anyways.
