Y'all act like close door hearings are something this House just made up. The bulk majority of the Benghazi hearings were done behind closed doors. They're done that way to avoid the grandstanding that occurs at the public ones, and so the witnesses can divulge classified info. If there was zero transparency, there'd be no republicans in the room.

Because they're not members of the relevant committees, and many of them don't even have security clearances. Do you people even know what a SCIF room is? You are not allowed in there if you don't have a security clearance.
