Her and her family are some of the safest in the country. She should think about the ramifications of her vote and how it affects the normies safety.

While I like to think it wouldn’t affect her rulings/vote, one has to wonder the effect these threats have on a woman when their natural instinct is to do protect their child

Exactly this. At least she has a bullet proof vest bought and paid for by us. At least she has federal security and armed guards bought and paid for by us. At least she doesn't have to worry about being defenseless against thugs because of legislation she refuses to strike down.

Roberts is the real culprit.
If you read his opinion on the 14th Amendment, he literally stated that we are all common law subjects of the government.
The Supreme Court of today has little interest in the intent of the writers of the 14th Amendment. Ketanji is not only ignorant of the legal grounds but also ignorant of the history of the lynchings, rapes, thefts, arson attacks, etc.
Joe Biden must have looked high and low to find a legal mind lower than his own.

She does have a very weird view of the constitution. It does appear she bend hard to her personal living biases over the originalist views of the constitution when it meets her needs.
Her birthright ruling was all based her mother protection bias and little constitution interpretation. There are ample policies that have been put in place that clearly show Congress never intended for anyone born in the US to be citizens.
