Some of these judges are simply acting beyond their authority.

I'm watching to see if anyone goes after Myorcas and his associates who transferred FEMA money to fly in illegals.

A federal court has no authority to tell the executive branch what it can or cannot do. All the court can do is to examine a law when a suite is brought before it. In this case, the Supreme Court upheld the 1790s law in "Ludecke vs. United States," in 1948. The US was not at war and a foreign nation was not involved.
This judge had absolutely no grounds to try to stop a flight initiated by the executive branch without probable cause being introduced or by adhering to a different prior ruling by SCOTUS. These are no US citizens involved so there is no basis to enjoin the petition of the ACLU to grant "standing."
This judge is a filthy ROUGE.
