But wait, there is more...

Aggies were expected to win the Women's Equestrian Natty.
But Georgia ends up knocking them out, 16-4, in Ocala.

Result: Georgia wins the Women's Equestrian National Championship.

But Georgia dominantly sweeps the Aggies 4-0 in Waco.

I have no reason to not believe that this Georgia team will be an absolute juggernaut.

I would prefer a photo op of some of these SA farmers taking over confiscated Chinese farm land in Missouri and Arkansas.

Sotomayor is an activist.

In other words, a person who puts personal political ideology above the law.

Who knew the Constitution said that the president can't exercise any executive authority without total unanimity from low-level district court justices?

There are some Constitutional article 2 powers that the courts have no jurisdiction over whatsoever.

Some of these judges are simply acting beyond their authority.

I'm watching to see if anyone goes after Myorcas and his associates who transferred FEMA money to fly in illegals.

Congress did not appropriate any money to help illegals bypass the immigration laws, especially with funds meant for US citizens.

Yep, the aTm Equestrian team got blown out by UGA 16-4 in spite of being favored.

Georgia ended up winning the NCEA Natty this past weekend.

How exactly does it qualify him to be Presidential material?

Cory Booker is the male version of Kamala Harris.

The Dems have been hinting that Kamala Harris lost simply because of Misogyny and nothing more.

The operative part of this will come in the form of determining how it happened.

If it was an intentional plant, RICO laws would apply and we could even see Goldberg being hauled away as a willing participant.

I wouldn't bet against Musk and his team. I would love to watch the Democrats eat their own rat poison on this one.

Got to hand it to him, he has convinced the unwashed masses that he's all about that socialism, but in reality, he's just another crooked politician.

Bernie and Elizabeth Warren have always been closet Globalists.

They talk like Socialists but always vote for the DNC-E position.

It amazes me that they continue to get away with it in spite of becoming very wealthy in the process.

While a judge may be removed for "bad Behaviour", the only mechanism for that removal is impeachment.

Wrong...

If they are charged with a felony they can't continue as an active judge.

Jim Jordan is collecting the information about how the FISA fraud played out.

Have you no shame whatsoever?

Roberts just defended Boasberg who is the poster child for
judicial activism and gulag style injustice.

This POS does need to be publicly exposed in an impeachment trial.

Remember, this is about the argument that the court cannot ensure the admin acts within its Constitutional and statutory limits, made by Miller

A federal court has no authority to tell the executive branch what it can or cannot do. All the court can do is to examine a law when a suite is brought before it. If the law in question is in accordance with the Constitution, the law stands, especially if the Supreme Court has already ruled on the law.

In this case, the Supreme Court upheld the 1790s law in "Ludecke vs. United States," in 1948. The US was not at war and a foreign nation was not involved.

This judge had absolutely no grounds to try to stop a flight initiated by the executive branch without probable cause being introduced or by adhering to a different prior ruling by SCOTUS. These are no US citizens involved so there is no basis to enjoin the petition of the ACLU to grant "standing."

This judge is a filthy ROUGE.

we are not in an official war, and even that war wasnt a declared war.

SCOTUS has already ruled that a war does not have to be in progress to utilize this act.

The Ludecke decision of 1948. No foreign government was involved.

You are arguing a talking point that has already been settled by SCOTUS.
