That’s my point. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of history and middle school level reading comprehension could see the intent of the language in the 14th Amendment. In my opinion, that was objectively ignored by the justices in the majority.

100% has changed her rulings. Before the vote for whether ballots received after Election Day could be accepted she repeatedly said it’s Election Day not week. And then she votes against it a week after she was swatted. She needs to resign

The 14th Amendment was written by Republicans to give Blacks standing in courts after they had been victimized by Democrats.
But even with the Amendments and laws in place the brutality was widespread.
Here in Athens, most of the ancestors of former slave holders are still Democrats.
Most of the ancestors of those who fought in the Confederate army but didn't own slaves are now Republicans.

There’s a huge difference in disagreeing with her recent rulings and decisions and justifying threats against her. I’d like to see her off the court, I don’t want to see anything bad happen to her or her family.
