Shame the downfall of America is in direct correlation to kids vaping instead of smoking cigs.
The country was much better with everyone having cig company merchandise and being able to light up a cig in the Waffle House.

Great, now let's see if/how the enforce it.
Does it come with jail time or is it just a ticketed misdemeanor? If the latter, how the screaming frick does that deter the homeless from smoking meth out in the public?
If the former, well... I don't see them arresting homeless people for smoking outdoors when they already let them sleep and shite everywhere.
