If Trump is President when the honorable Justice Ginsburg passes, where will the melt rank?

I mean will it be maximum melt?

Just the idea of replacing her with a Gorsuch type with a simple 50 vote majority is incredible.

What crazy ideas will the Dems float to stop the inevitable?

I hope Justice Ginsburg continues in good health for the record.

Yeah, there would be war

In truth, I obviously disagree with her school of constitutional thought, but I don't hate Ginsburg

But holy frick do I hate the millennial losers who worship the ground she walks on

They'll scream helplessly at the sky while Trump swings the court for decades

Walmart greeter should be her present and future. Her political comments should have led her there already.

She's not gonna assume room temperature in this first term. This will be an issue in the campaign for 2020.

I don't know if death could get her out of there with President Trump still in office. Sotomayor and Kagan will be propping her up Weekend at Bernie's style.

I'm betting there's a nap somewhere in it.

Male life expectancy is76.3 and female is 81.2.
Ginsburg is 84.
Kennedy is 81.
Breyer is 79.
Thomas is 69. Black male life expectancy is 71.8 years, which he will cross before Trump's 1st term,

Theoretically Trump could appoint 5 conservatives in his 1st term! Replacing 3 liberals and 2 conservatives! Imagine a 7-2 Supreme Court, and even a 6-3 with occasional Roberts defections like Obamacare!

Alito is 67 now, and would be only 74 at the end of a 2nd Trump term.

He needs to start nominating 40 something conservative women for those extra 5 years of life expectancy! Oriental, black, Latina, and white for diversity!

Ginsburg replaced Justice Byron White, White had been appointed by Kennedy. White had wanted to retire for a few years but did not want a Republican to appoint his replacement, so he waited until Clinton got elected.

Two notable Dissents by White: Roe v. Wade and Miranda v. Arizona.
