The doctor who saved my life was named Kishore Yalamanchili and came to our country, legally, to study and stayed to practice. I am no moderate and he was the best pulmonologist in the field at the time. That is the person I want caring for my life.
If the 80 are the best doctors for the job, I have no issue. If they were not, huge issue.

Therein lies the rub. We need test scores to really judge this.
If it's some sort of DEI nonsense where subpar scores are being ignored due to skin color, then that's terrible.

My current PCP is Indian and he's the best PCP that I've ever had.
I wouldn't mind if we had more American born doctors, but ultimately I want the best doctor. I think that most people do.

the guy who did my dad's heart transplant was born in india, grew up in the usa. graduated u of michigan medical school when he was in his early 20s. had to wait a few years to get a medical license so he went to oxford and got a degree in shakespeare or some shite just for fun. pretty cool guy, he was also into restoring old hot rods so we talked cars for a bit. he was humble but it was obvious he was hyper smart. 100% gave my dad many more years

I'm telling you Optimus is where it's at. He can be your internist, proctologist, HVAC tech, programmer, legal counsel and sex aid (for those who don't get enough from their attorney.
I've never repaired an HVAC, where a robot can't do a better job. Powered by AI, having matured in the past 4 years... it has become a better software engineer than I am, over decades. Advice on law or health, the same. It will be funny watching certain organizations stopping this from happening.
Of course, they won't take over immediately, nor would we want them to. But like radiology, they've already proved their worth.

The only other thing that I might add to this is also real world, in job data. How many of them are treating with qualitative beneficial results.
Vs data that might show incompetence.
