What again is the bad plan that you are talking about?

You may not like it being the answer to your question, but it's certainly relevant.
I love the answer, but it’s still wrong. Try again.
Big or small, the circus would be in Minnesota, so what is the issue here?

What does a bunch of people here legally (most being citizens) have to do with discussing efficient policy on detailing illegal immigrants?
Because they’re a 3rd world welfare class that is here for no other reason than we give them money and benefits. And that is the future of what are currently illegals if you allow this to continue.
But I’m also curious as to which other laws you think states should be able to tell the feds to pound sand on?

The plan was bad from the start. Doubling down is how you get into that Iraq/Afghanistan situation. At some point we have to admit it was a bad plan
What if the elected officials weren’t encouraging citizens to disrupt federal officers’ duties? Would it have been a bad plan then?

Can there be more than one "largest"?
Does it really matter which is the “largest”? Negative. They were going to do this regardless.

To promote a policy of maximizing detentions and deportations?

Slow doesn’t think this is happening. .

But they are largely not illegal and didn't come here illegally.
Again, how is bringing them up relevant to a discussion about detaining and deporting illegal immigrants?

Then it would have been a better strategy.
But it was clear they would, which affects the evaluation of the strategy.

That's a lie. The problem is this isn't exclusive to MN

If they pull ICE out now then it was all for nothing and the leftys will pull this shite everywhere.

How?
"You know, if we do this, then Gov Walz and others will tell their citizens to oppose us."
"Yeah, that's right, so let's not do it."
"Okay."
"What else should we not do because some nutcase Democrat might tell their citizens to oppose us?"

Oh, you finally got to the answer to the question. Congrats!

The citizens of Minnesota are acting different. Very aggressive messaging from their leaders. Very aggressive resistance. Very organized. Other cities are not acting like these circus animals.

Well the question is, is your policy goal maximizing detentions and deportations or something else?

Enacting a strategy to minimize negative externalities is not "fear". It's called being intelligent.
Yes, that’s why your style of Republicanism had been so wildly successful in the post-Reagan age.
But you keep on sniffing your own farts and telling yourself that good sir.
At least one person is buying it….yourself.
