I see his body move from on all fours to being shot, then him going lifting to his knees after being shot, then he is shot some more, then he hits the ground, and that last officer put 4 more in him while he is already lying there lifeless. Each one of those officers is going to need to articulate exactly why they used the force they used, meaning they will each individually be asked to state the exact reason why they feared for their life enough to shoot. Having heard other officers shoot is not a reason justified reason to fear for your life. Each of those officers are that shot are fricked. Trump can't pardon state charges.

Yeah he is on all fours while he has 6 agents around him violently detaining him. He doesn't even block the blows to the head while his hands are planted on the ground. You can even see his hands planted on the ground while he is disarmed right before being shot to death by multiple agents. At no point did he show a single sign of obstruction or resisting, and even so, that does not warrant this shooting. It's a bad shoot.
