If Ukraine becomes a part of nato, Russia should put nukes back in Cuba again. Mexico too. Don’t think the warmongers would go for that.

NATO became obsolete the second the Soviet Union collapsed.
It’s long outlived its usefulness and a new treaties should be sought.

They've been invaded closer to a dozen times.
However...
They've conducted around 50 invasions of other countries themselves. And Russia's ambitions have often invited counteractions, which they reframe as threats. They've always leaned on expansionism masked as defense, fueling conflicts from imperial times to Putin's era.
It doesn't even make sense logically. How did they ascend to their former superpower status and grow to occupy 1/6th of the land on earth while they were constantly repelling invaders and just wanting to be left alone?
