Following up on reporting x maybe 20
Payroll
Reconciling large transactions
This is just off the top of my head

1. Met with finance group and got preliminary approval for two projects.
2. Met with contractors to finalize design on two others
3. Confirmed design deviations with the engineering team and confirmed the changes will not affect the production line
4. Standardized KPI metrics with onboarding contractors
5. Went to the office at 6am so I could leave at 3pm with my shite done and could take my kids to their extra curriculars

I honestly feel like I don't do shite but when I wrote down a few things I did last week I feel like maybe I'm not so lazy after all

Those springs are dangerous.

1). Got a load of firewood, stacked firewood--2). Shoveled snow from drive and sidewalk and scraped snow off car--3). Bought lumber and mesh to build covers for strawberry beds--4). Hung patio lights on storage shed and deck--5). Got top soil and fertilizer for garden and flower beds.
Retirement is tough.

3. I created the introduction slides to a briefing
4. I had an in person review for a new capability package I am working, took feedback and have a plan to close out comments
5. I developed a temporary patch for a bug that had stopped testing, I have to meet with stakeholders next week for a long term fix.

I was on the last leg of a vacation for the first half of the week. That said:
1. Caught up on a frickton of emails.
2. Worked on employee reviews.
3. Wrote up a couple of instructional guides on some new processes.
4. Beat my head against a wall dealing with a new vendor whose frontline staff apparently doesn't know their devices well enough to recognize a bootup menu.
5. Worked on aligning members of another agency who were working on the same issue but going down different and separate paths to do so (read: not my problem, but I could see it eventually becoming my problem so I stepped in early to fix it before it went too far off the rails).

I can easily do this in my private sector job, because we have to submit billable hours weekly, with descriptions of tasks.

Seined fish and sold 70,000 lbs to the processing plant

Dug out drain pipes with a trackhoe in ponds I intend to rebuild
About to rebuild another aerator today
