God usually works through ordinary human relationships and real human trust, not by bypassing humanity entirely every time things get difficult.
Joseph’s response is part of the story. He had to choose trust, obedience, humility, and faith in the middle of confusion. If God just dropped a fully formed adult Jesus onto Earth like Adam, you lose the incarnation as an actual entrance into human life, family, suffering, growth, and history. Christianity is not “God remotely interacting with humanity.” It’s God entering into it fully.
Also, Joseph wasn’t just left hanging. According to the text, he received direct revelation through the angel explaining what happened. So the point was never “God tricked Joseph.” The point was inviting him into the mission willingly. If God’s goal was maximum efficiency and minimum confusion, the entire Bible would look very different.

So if these aliens come with a completely different religion and understanding of the universe, what do we extrapolate from that?
What if my aunt had balls? Stupid question..

No worries, there’s a scripture to twist for any event.

I don’t doubt there was a meeting - but I just want to know who is telling them all of this? The fact it happened in east tn makes me wonder if it was Burchett

Uggggg. Atheist, grab snippets and think they know the Bible
I’m not an atheist. I was raised in a pretty religious environment, and I probably do know the Bible better than some, less better than others. Therefore, save your disdain.
Moreover, I mentioned Paul, not Jesus, so the rest of your rebuttal is inapplicable.

Simple salvation by the belief in Jesus Christ was not enough to save Satan and the other fallen angels as they too know and belief Christ is who he says he is. And still they lost their salvation through pride.
I personally do not believe in a magical/spiritual/religious all-knowing “creator,” whether his name is God or Allah or whatever. If there is a “creator,” IMO it would be based in science and biology and genetics, not ever-lasting magic, powers, and religion.
That said, I do not know with 100% certainty. And while I don’t believe in the above regarding religion, I can’t totally rule out the possibility despite my extreme skepticism of religion and “god(s).”
I do have a question, though, for religious folks…. In the event there is indeed a “God” or “Jesus” or whomever, he would have created me. So he would be very well-aware of how he created my specific brain to be more inclined to be based in facts/science/math/proof/etc. So why would he punish me upon my death for thinking exactly what he created me to think while I was alive?

I have an obviously stupid question. If the meeting was supposed to be top secret why was it leaked? Were they told to leak it? Was this just released to the evangelicals... The Baptists.. televangelists?
Were Catholic bishops and priests briefed? Were Orthodox briefed?
I enjoyed listening to Luna about the book of Enoch I also noticed that from JD Vance to Tucker they are all on the same page about this essentially saying they're demons... How are these people briefed?
I think the Book of Enoch stuff is very interesting... at the same time This sounds real New Agey like that guy that just offed himself is going to return in the woods and tell everybody to put on a certain set of sneakers and Drink some Kool Aid....
God created Adam and he created Eve from Adam's rib. If some folklore giants Like Zeus.... Mated with earthlings... An asteroid hit Earth and wiped them out with the dinosaurs...
No way will this new agey crap Change blessed adoration of Jesus Christ and receiving him in the Eucharist.

He’s not punishing you, you chose to believe that way. There are millions of facts/sciience/math based minds that are Christians.

The facts and proof always point to a god - even the scientists are saying we live in a simulation that was created

To what would you compare it? By what would you measure it?
That depends on the nature of the evidence.
And
A better question is how significant a fact/variable would need to be in order to have an impact on Christianity by being left out of the Bible
A new holy book?
A new savior?
A proclamation of polytheism?
Clearly these would significantly change Christianity as it's understood on Earth, correct?

You sound like an atheist, sorry if wrong... You’re right that Paul lived like the end was coming any second, but he also wrote 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 specifically to tell people not to panic or assume it was happening immediately.
I am very knowledgeable in regards to scripture. I do come at it from a Catholic pov and not an evangelical prospective.

Christianity is rooted in actual historical claims tied to real people, places, governments, cities, rulers, and eyewitness testimony inside living memory of the events.
Paul’s letters were circulating within decades of the crucifixion.

Meanwhile, modern alien discourse is mostly:
-grainy footage
-anonymous leaks
-speculation layered onto speculation.
There is testimony and historical records (including a large amount of US government docs) of encounters with non human intelligence going back centuries and up to modern times that includes military and civilian radar and sensor data. Separating wheat from the chaff / noise from signal has actually gotten harder in recent years as the subject has gone more mainstream but I would not say there is more solid believable historical evidence for the mystical claims about Jesus or other supernatural events of the Bible vs historical evidence for alien visitation.

Atheist are truly grasping for straws when they declare their is no God. Multiverse, simulation theory does not solve the problem, just pushes it back.

Religion is pretty important to most people. It helps to keep order in the material world. Why not?

I can't say whether or not there is a God
But it's pretty likely that whatever specific notions you might have about what God is like are completely off base

People have been saying it for a long, long time now. That the truth about UFOs would have a dramatic affect on the religions of the world, first and foremost.
Seems like the intelligence community shares that assessment.
it should be wild. i think the issue is many will start questioning their faith or interpretations of scriptures.
When/IF they break out alien bodies/or have proof of life elsewhere people will ask..does any of this debunk the bible? Does the bible only apply to earth? and not other planets? Did our GOD create the aliens?
i am just saying these are the questions that will happen. Strap in!
we have more than enough experiences/evidence of the paranormal/demons, etc. Which proves there is life after death/spirit world and proves the bible correct.
These alien possibilities adds a whole new dimension.

Any indication when this info will be released?

Point towards an intelligent designer of some sort? .... perhaps...but .nothing points towards the God of the Bible or any other god in human literature being that designer
