So I got in line earlier this morning to fulfill my civil duty and vote for the next president. I’m not one to try to strike up small talk, and really just wanted to show up, vote, and leave.

While in line waiting this man in front of me sparks up a convo, we shoot the shite for a little while and finally he tells me “I haven’t voted in 10 years but made sure to show up and vote to get trump out of office.”

Being one who doesn’t really give a shite, I kindly ended the conversation. “I’m canceling out your vote and my wife and 3 sons will be voting for Trump” He turned back around and didn’t say another word for the rest of the time we were in line

My twin daughters no pics are voting for the first time for Trump and another coworker who has never voted in the last two elections is voting for Trump.

Should have told him it was the third time this week you had voted for Trump and yesterday you had to wait nearly two hours in Lafayette.

The wife and I haven't voted for Trump in four years but we're taking care of that next week.

I got my son (first time voter) and my wife who hasn't voted in a presidential election in 25 years to vote for Trump. Their votes and mine are already recorded.

My son is so pissed that he won't be turning 18 until a few months after the election. He says it's sad he'll never get to vote for TRUMP.

I told him not to feel bad about it. When he joins the military next year I told him he will be serving while TRUMP is Commander-in-Chief.

You can still send a message in a state that won't go your way.

It's bizarre how many diehard Democrats are in Louisiana. Unlike other Southern states where most of the Dems are transplants, most of the LA Dems are natives. Probably has something to do with the rampant political corruption that festers in Louisiana for so long.

I voted yesterday. It was clear the the people in front of me and behind me were also voting for Trump. People behind me had their son and daughter with them who were voting for the first time.

Kinda upset I won't get to vote for Trump again.

Unfortunate because you could vote for a winner.

Why? Did you not see his outrageous tax plan and his plan to decimate our oilfield and economy? You’re interested in wearing a mask all the time until 2022? You support allowing 11 million illegals to become citizens with complete benefits?

Biden has dementia, and won't complete his term (if elected). Your vote will be for Kamala. How can you vote for politicians that plan to defund the police, and end fossil fuels.
Do you want electricity like California. Some days they have power, some days, the don't.
If you get rid of fossil fuels you'll be getting rid of 70% of US generation. Renewables will not be able to make up the difference.
A vote for Biden is a vote FOR burning and looting the property of innocent Americans while hurting or killing some of them. These acts will spread throughout the US.
Certainly, you do not wish to support candidates whose platform supports such harm.

Our state depends on Oil and gas for our economy. You couldn't pay me to vote for Biden.
