Then WTF didn't that Chic from the FBI say so?
She admitted knowing who he is but could not answer the question when Cruz asked her if he is an FBI Informant.

The Jan 6 committee has interviewed Ray Epps. Epps said he never has been and is not an informant for the FBI or any other law enforcement agency. "Mr. Epps informed us that he was not employed by, working with, or acting at the direction of any law enforcement agency on January 5th or 6th or at any other time, and that he has never been an informant for the FBI or any other law enforcement agency."

because its word salad, he isnt an FBI informant, he is an FBI agent, thats why they play the word games, if you dont ask the question just right, they can continue the lies

You can say that under oath, if you are an operations guy, and technically, you aren't lying. Especially when the guys that you work for, are the investigators. It's a win/win.

Ok, then why was he dropped by the FBI as a person of interest. It is clear he incited people to storm the Capitol on 1/5. Same on 1/6, plus what appears to instruct another person to remove a fence barrier.
