Let’s start with the same charges that the retired marine who went on Ellen after he rescued puppies drowning in a hurricane. Apparently those are sufficient to suspend habeas corpus and due process.

Sure. He just traveled alone thousands of miles to attend a speech that he didn't attend, instead spent the prior night, that morning and throughout the day trying to strongly recruit and loudly direct people to storm the Capital.

He is not perjuring himself, he is a private contractor paid to do dirty work for the FBI. He is employed through some private corporation, that has multiple degrees of separation from the FBI. There is another thread about this, people doing undercover/ clandestine work for federal agencies don’t draw a federal paycheck, they maintain plausible deniability for situations exactly like this.

Finally someone using their head. As I posted in another thread, I worked for a large company with phantom employees on the payroll. Hard to believe people think that those working undercover would get paid by or have any direct connection to the entity they perform work for, its not like being a Narc for the local PD
