I only got to experience the Reagan years for about 3 months and some change.
So Trump is clear cut #1
Followed by W.
Obama
Biden.
I wasn’t old enough in the Bush The Elder and Clinton eras to really know what was going on and have it personally affect me.

I'd like to place that a-hole W lower since he's why we have the Patriot Act which kick started our current dire surveillance situation, but Clinton is worse. But the Patriot Act and the start of a 20 year war makes them MUCH CLOSER than I'd like to admit.
That's the list. Obama goes last, as his reign got us here most directly even though Biden is objectively worse in real time.
