I'm not a psychiatrist but I do moonlight at inpatient psych unit regularly. If I heard a patient said that I would be contacting a LEO ASAP. Obviously I would ask more questions and try to get more information, but that statement is a giant red flag for passive homicidial ideation in my professional opinion.
