Sounds just like RINOs, Never Trumpers, Liberals. They like to ban free speech, question whether you are a bot or alter when you start telling the Truth to often
In 2019, State Representative Colton Moore, along with nine other legislators, signed House Resolution 328, calling for Georgia House Speaker David Ralston's resignation due to alleged abuse of power and unethical behavior. Ralston, who was a practicing attorney, used legislative leave provisions to delay court cases for his clients over 900 times, including cases involving serious charges such as child molestation and domestic violence. Clients admitted hiring Ralston specifically to leverage his legislative position for postponing their cases. E.g., David Shell, who was charged as a repeat offender for assaulting women, said, "That’s why I gave him 20,000 bucks… He’s worth every penny of it." LINK
But re-raising the issue last year during a ceremony honoring Ralston was trailer trash stuff.

That's the problem. I never heard of Ralston or his scumbag ways until today. Unfortunately with our corrupt MSM this stuff never gets the proper airtime. Godspeed to Colton Moore for shinning a light on it

how in the hell is this legal? how can this state senator be arrested for simply entering a government building??
The house speaker banned a senator from the house floor, not the building. So the senator can still enter the building and go everywhere else but the house floor.
It is a childish act by the house speaker to ban an elected representative but it doesn't prevent the senator from doing senator things. Ridiculous.

Is this the speaker that had Moore arrested?
Jon G. Burns

Sen Burns got his panties in a wad because Moore called out the antics of another who was a tad shady. And Burns isn't pro-Trump. He told Moore that if he set foot in there he would have him arrested. In a letter, Moore told him that it was his right as an elected representative to be part of things.
Thank you.

He was assaulted. He should’ve stood up and whooped that guy’s arse.

he got pushed down by another politician and colton gets charged with assault
He wasn't charged with assault. He was charged with a misdemeanor of interrupting government proceedings or some such. Basically trespass but fancier.

The fake news spreads here faster than a California wildfire.
The senator who was arrested had been banned from the state house floor because of a cat fight between he and the speaker. Also, that's a very short clip of a much longer full confrontation where the arrested senator was doing much more than simply getting pushed down to start the clip. Additionally, this has jack shite to do with Fani or Trump or Kemp or anything else. The guy basically talked shite about the deceased (ralston) at his metaphorical funeral so the speaker said frick you, banned him from the house floor. Also, the arrested is a known attention whore, as are many of them. This altercation wasn't organic happenstance, the arrested senator knew damn well what the outcome of this was going to be, for more attention. And he got exactly what he planned for. In that sense, he wins.
