Over 50% of software developers can't code to save their lives.
And many never learned in college.
But vibe coding, brah! It's the natural conclusion of AGILE; document nothing, change your mind in every standup.

“Gain Of Function” means “hey, let’s find us a virus or bacterium that is damaging, and tune it to make it more deadly and more easily spread”

White trash rednecks hate solar farms and shoot at workers from time to time. I've been told to be off site before sundown at a few locations.

made engineers coming out of school somewhat illiterate in basic engineering principles
It gives me a case of the red a** when I job search large refining company and over 75% of their engineering jobs are in Bengaluru, India. Then I look at 50% of our out of college hires and I get it. Half of US engineering grads aren't where they need to be.
Coming soon Bengaluru and the 50% in the US that suck are going to be SOL. AI will soon be capable of doing the cookie cutter engineering and the work that's thrown at the bottom 50%.

Incorrect, it's us, the lawyers, who are the hometown heroes
The uncomfortable truth is very few attorneys care about accurately applying the law. What they primarily care about it is convincing other people that they are right. They care about winning and will do almost anything to win which obviously includes lying, impugning good people, and distorting facts.
This is why we can have 9 attorneys look at the same US Constitution, have access to the same case law, and access to the same set of facts, yet those 9 attorneys will still reach a 5-4 decision in the highest court in the land.
So frick you. Lying piece of shite.
Kidding about you being a lying piece of shite for dramatic effect…maybe.

Lawyers cause most of the issues in this society.. From becoming politicians and only enacting laws that benefit themselves, to creating red tape and havoc in every other area of society. You might be a necessary evil, but you ain't no hero.
This is probably why so many of them are alcoholics.

Pour one out for Scalia, and Thomas is the only one holding the line. Look blue hairs, conservatives praying for a black man to keep on keeping on.

It created a whole generation of saviour complex narcissists who think the sun rises and sets with their beliefs and opinions. College educated liberals are the least affected by shame because they have no self awareness. They measure their success not by the amount of money they make but how much they can take away ftom others and call it progress.

Your financial advisor has absolutely zero clue what is going on with the economy and the markets. The good ones make good long term investments that require no expertise and talk you out of selling when the market crashes. Financial planning works very well but very few people actually do it, and the vast majority of advisors are very happy to let you think you have a plan when you really have half of one.
And yea I know what you're thinking when you're reading this. Yea, but not my guy!

Health insurance: If you have employer-based coverage, your employer determines what’s covered and not covered. They also decide what your copays, premiums, deductibles, and coinsurance are. Your employer also chooses what needs to be reviewed under prior authorization.
I thought that was known?
That and company size determined the cost of the plan.
