Considering the Q Thread was archived before any of those things happened,

You mean before the predicted timelines of the conspiracy theories did not ultimately occur, right?

Because none of those things happened, despite the predictions and claims in the Q thread.

That's an editorial.

Yep. Drunk Grandma called it "the wrap up smear". It's also known as "circular sourcing".

Yeah, 3 years after the fact. Was the media calling it "insane" in 2016? Or were they clucking their tongue about "conspiracy theories" when people talked about the corrupt DOJ and intel agencies conspiring to stop Trump from being elected?

That's when they had the evidence to use the words, though.

With things like this crazy person and Comet Pizza, the CTs were debunked much easier (like the basement issue, which gutted the whole CT)

So they had "evidence" for everything they wrote about Trump?

Come on, man. Yes, there are whacko CTs out there that don't make any sense. There's a ton of room between that and pretending that the media always gets them correct. Go gaslight somewhere else.

No, I don't watch SNL but from that clip it's clearly a joke. You don't think those other clowns voted for Trump, do you? Are you going to claim that one line was the real truth to bolster some conspiracy theory?

That's his schtick.

He's doing the whole "I follow CTs so I'm important due to my secret knowledge" projection, which requires the implication that everyone else is a simp consuming pre-approved trash to melt their brain.

That's when you know they're a follower and not a leader in the CT clique.

Question: did the media call the insane Trump/Russia bullshite as disproven or false in 2016, when they were trying to impact the election? Or did they call his claims of being spied on an insane conspiracy theory?

It still hasn't been disproven.

But I'm still fine with places like the Hill calling it false.

They were going to resist the label until they couldn't, and that started with the Mueller report, which came years after 2016.

I'm familiar with his schtick. What happened to Bamarep and his "Remember when Bamarep told you..."?

No, this is the discussion.

It's effectively impossible to ever disprove the allegations, specifically if they're fake. That's been thew whole discussion since I said this:

quote:

Then, by default, any insane conspiracy theory can neve be declared to be false.

The presumption is that the allegation cannot be disproven. That's where we started from (and Russiagate fits into nicely).

Just as I'm Ok with calling Pizzagate false, I'm also OK with calling Russiagate false, even though we haven't fully disproven either.

I don't really know what's going on in that thread besides how much they love pop culture.

It's generally easy to find several dirty cops anywhere. Several dirty cops smart enough to keep their mouths shut? That's the tricky part.

I'm picking on Vox for his hypocrisy.

He just displayed the old AA adage of "when you point your finger at someone, 3 more are pointing back at you"

Was the insane theory about Trump regularly labeled as disproven or false when they were reporting on it for the three years before Drooling Bob released his "report"?

A yes or no will suffice.
