My bet is the vast majority of America First/MAGA don't have Phil Collins on their regular playlists and don't give two shits about him disliking Trump. I think Phil is right inline with +80% of the music biz in their shared dislike of Trump.

Phil at one time had the largest private collection of artifacts from the Alamo. He donated all of it back, worried he might lose it in one of his divorces.
You can now see that special exhibit at the Alamo and Phil even narrates the battle over a large diorama.

He is going against the majority of his fans. Will it affect him monetarily? Nope. Will it change my thoughts of him personally? Yep. Still a great musical talent that has TDS just like the rest of them.

At least he isn't over the top with it like a lot of them are. His quoted comments in the OP are above board, imo. He is free to not like Trump and that's all it is, in my eyes, so long as he doesn't start trying to hit below the belt. And what I mean by this is it won't affect my appreciation for his art in the least. The man is an incredible musician.
