Even the most optimistic numbers are 1.6MM self deported and another 250K deported by ICE. Not nearly enough.
Cutting medical funding would have juiced self deportation numbers.

We know how that will go:

I wish that was the case. But if we legally permit illegals to get healthcare, they have incentive to come again and they will flood the border as soon as Dems are in control.
Kicking them out is temporary. Prohibiting government benefits is much more permanent.
