There was an editorial in the Madison paper promoting this idea. I really thought I was reading the onion.

They wouldn't need to bus. The voting precinct is usually in the school. The teachers would give a grade or extra credit to go vote too.

Even 18 is too young, but if you can go to war, you should be able to vote.
How bout we lift the age limit all together and you have to pass a poll test to determine if you have the cognitive function to vote. Will keep them from harvesting the dementia votes from all the NH's.
