Yeah, this is a great fricking idea Nancy. 
16 year olds.
They don't pay taxes.
They can't be drafted.
They can't legally purchase alcohol or tobacco.
They can't be charged as an adult for certain crimes.
They haven't even graduated high school.
But you want to let them vote.
They're completely ignorant about civics, government policy, economics, and foreign policy. In general, they're total fricking morons. Sounds like the perfect Democratic voter.

I think you shouldn't be allowed to vote if you are receiving government welfare. If you aren't contributing to society, you shouldn't have a say in how it is run.
