You think they had a choice? They couldnt try him without the victims testimony and they already failed to convict him with it.
Well first off you absolutely can try someone without the victim’s testimony, but certainly it makes it a much tougher case to prove. I’ll ask again, since the cult prefers not to answer questions they don’t like the answer to. Would it have been impossible to make him do his entire 60 day jail sentence and turn in his law license (things the rapist agreed to do in the plea deal)? And if you think I’m feigning outrage at a pedophile rapist being gifted numerous things, don’t put your disgusting lack of morality on me.

There it is! You asked the right question.
Now, carefully deliberate the answer. It's there, but we'll see if you recognize it and can wrest it from the noise.

Does it ever get old trying to maintain a “moderate” schtick on here?

You think there was some grand era of political high-mindedness where voters in a place like Texas would reject a candidate over something like this in favor of basically a socialist loon?
No I expected a guy who’s on the take, got impeached by his own party and is soft on pedos to never get out of the primary. But Texas has been invaded so this is what happens now. Ethics and morals are dead. It’s all social media soundbites and sick burns.

There is no actual evidence that Ive seen that Talarico is gay. That whole soy boy closeted queen attack just seems like desperation politics in a conservative state…

I'm not a Talarico supporter. I just recognize the people calling him trans are loons that you would get along with
Idiot.

Why does the article reference him then?
Because it's campaign season and because people will buy it without diligence and repeat it to their socials, thus creating a narrative.
Same reason any other piece of propaganda is put out. It generally works to at least some degree. Or on at least some people.

TEXAS frickING TRIBUNE you idiiot
What do Mother Jones and The Nation have to say about him?

Sorry but Talarico is the most genuinely creepy and effeminate “male” I’ve seen in awhile. He “loves” the trans kids

The AG doesn’t prosecute local crimes.

You're just obsessed with trans people like the rest of the cult
I noticed you sidestepped the weak on crime part. Do you really think voters are going to think Talarico is the tougher one on crime when there’s video of him talking about dismantling prisons?

Just stop.
No one believes you are upset over this case, it’s just political theater for you. You leftist have been letting criminals, who are just as bad as this guy with worse crimes, out of jail for at least the past decade in leftist shitholes across the country.
Take your own advice and just stop

Is this as big as deal of claiming Jesus Christ was trans gendered?

I mean it's a pretty serious accusation if his office let this guy off on such a slap on the wrist plea deal
It isn’t a serious accusation at all if you familiarize yourself with the case.

Now there’s a surprise that YOU don’t see what he very obviously supports politically lol

And so they couldn’t even make him do the full 60 day sentence all parties signed off on??
The agreement was 30 days. The judge bumped it to 60. Once in jail the AG isn’t the one in charge.

That would have been to much to ask for a scumbag banging a 8-10 year old boy for years. Make him actually give up his law license as agreed on in the plea deal? Justify away.
Your ignorance is not a me problem.

They could have let the guy go free if you'd have preferred that.

I don’t think it’s very difficult for the Texas AG to make sure a guy who raped a 8-10 year old kid for years, does his entire 60 day sentence and gives up his law license (things the rapist agreed to BTW). It’s embarrassing and disgusting to think otherwise.
The AG office has no power over either of those. The AG is not involved after the sentence is handed down. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel the state Supreme Court decide law license status. You’re embarrassing and disgustingly ignorant.
