Two questions:

1. Source?

2. Is it standard policy for the Texas AG's office to take over prosecutions when DA recuses its office?

YOU would like to know? I am sure they will get right to it but you are more concerned with some random case than the politician who supports gender affirming surgery which has destroyed countless numbers of lives in the US. Your concerns are laughable per usual

Weird that you would deflect to a politician that I don't support that supports gender affirming surgeries (I don't)

You should be taking this in isolation and not worried about the externalities. Are you even capable of doing that? If not then you need to learn utensils before you have a place at the table.

Well Linda, what “table” are you referring? If it’s the “table” of moderates, suburban women, and alphabet people, then I will politely pass but I appreciate the offer! By the way, you are actually aware that thousands of adolescents have caused irreversible harm to their bodies to assuage your feelings being hurt by Trump but you keep the hope alive for one random person

I would like to know who actually was involved that allowed a deal this favorable to the defendent.

This is why you should verify everything you read on your leftist rags. You were 1000% wrong (I'll say it for you).

Keep slinging stupid made up crap bullshite on DU and Daily Kos.

OP’s support for Talafreako is really queer.

It’s an out-and-out lie. OP is pushing Talafreako.

Does Paxton benefit from this rich donor being let off the hook?

Looking the other way is also being complicit.

But the arguments supporting Texas AG Paxton amount to:

No involvement

No knowledge

No accountability
