Of course but until we see any indication that actual results are being manipulated, we have to operate under the assumption that everything will be on the up-and-up. Otherwise there’s no reason to even discuss it.
If shite does indeed get shady, then we can go there. But lets wait and see whether it’ll even be an issue first.

Conversely, if the state would allow early processing, the full result could be known tomorrow evening or early Wednesday, as it will be in Florida and other states that allow pre-processing of absentee ballots.

Don't forget that at this moment, they extended the deadline 3 days for receiving mail-in ballots. So even if they can finish counting them in a day, they still have to wait until Friday for all of the ballots to come in.
That is of course unless the GOP appeals the ruling, and the SCOTUS miraculously rules in their favor. But even if that happened, I'm not sure it'll happen by Friday.
