People like Sidney Powell who claimed there was fraud but had no proof and later admitted she had no proof are now taking plea bargains.

Sydney Powell was offered probation the day before the trial was to start. A prosecutor that has a strong case doesn’t offer that.

Factually incorrect. Do you not remember “laches?”

Biden won due to the stay at home vote ballot harvesting, which was the Dem plan all along, and Trumps team wasn't smart enough to implement a similar operation for republican votes.

There is some truth to this. But how could they foresee that states would illegally change the voting rules?

Why didn't Trump just simply show all the evidence he had?
weren't most of them thrown out by the courts citing "no standing" thereby preventing any evidence from being submitted to the court forcing him to media?

Cybersecurity expert Russell J. Ramsland, Jr., testified that his team identified over 96,000 phantom votes in the Georgia 2020 election, meaning that they had been counted, but there was no record of the counties recording those ballots as “received.”

So where the frick were those votes when Shamu was running for governor?

I've yet to see them have a rational reason for Shamu getting her arse whipped when every libtard in the country wanted her to win. Just goes to show how fricking stupid these people are...and the fricktards that buy their bullshite.

So, just keeping count, that’s…..

Wisconsin
Michigan
Arizona
Georgia
Pennsylvania refuse to look unless I missed something
Nevada

Pretty much every swing state that stopped voting, kicked out poll watchers, and kept voting in secret.

I watched the whole thing in real time. I was up to my neck in red flags. I know I’m missing one or two

There were thousands of people that said they showed up to vote, but were told they had already voted. They were filling out every ballot they could for Biden.

Thousands, huh.

Did anyone get their names? Did they just disappear?

Someone should get on this right away.

I am sorry but both of your takes on the plea have been rather biased, though partially accurate.

A prosecutor on the eve of trial that offers probation might indeed have a weak case but that is not all they got out of her. She also recorded a statement for prosecutors and agreed to testify truthfully against her co-defendants at future trials. This is a very salient fact when trying to read the mind of the prosecution. Just like Queen for a Day proffers, you can get a lot when you give a lot.

The other point you have repeatedly made is she entered a plea to save a lot of money on her defense. Accepting a plea the day before trial doesn't save boatloads of money relative to the full defense costs. The vast majority of the hours required for a defense have already been logged.

I get you think none of the cases have teeth and I would agree convicting Trump of jaywalking would be difficult with 4K video of the crime from 20 angles. Sidney knows she is putting her license in jeopardy and unless she is ready to hang it up I can't see a former prosecutor lying down.

It's public information & readily available..
that is, if you care to look for it.

You're more than welcome to dispute it, which I noticed you didn't bother to do.

Run along now, and post some more of your own garbage.

If there was actually fraud they wouldn’t be doing that.
Given the current environmental partisanship, the likelihood of a less than astute and highly biased jury, and faced with a de facto life sentence + million dollar legal cost, would you not consider taking a plea with no jailtime ... even if you were innocent?

Because it’s the same fake garbage y’all keep recycling. The only reason it’s being recycled again is because Trump is facing trial. It’s the same cultish embrace of fiction to make Trump right despite the well established reality.

I'm sorry. Was the Ruby Freeman taped conversation a "cultish embrace of fiction"? Was the mishandling of thousands of ballots in the FCTC a "cultish embrace of fiction"?
