I don't think most of the problem is reproduced/fake ballots. They don't need to do that because the low percentage of registered voters who actually vote means there are more than enough legit ballots to produce to turn an election. Then they just illegally harvest or fraudulently fill them out.
The biggest thing it would do, though, is provide a remedy. Right now even if you can prove there are 100,000 fraudulent ballots in a given election you can't do anything with that number because there's no way to track down which ballots were the bad ones.

The video records the fact that the officer reported that Freeman told the officers that she had been threatened that something would happen to her in 48 hours.
The Ga RICO complaint Trump also describes this incident consistent with what the article reports.

Detroit and Philly, in particular, forced GOP observers to stand at such a distance that valid observation was impossible. If they approached to clarify or question a ballot, they were kicked out. But then, you already knew that. In Atlanta, watchers were told the process was suspended for the evening. When they left, counting resumed.
