Claudine Gay resigned as president of Harvard after only six months in the job
Gay's salary as president of Harvard is unspecified but earned $879,079 in 2021
Outgoing Harvard president Claudine Gay will retain a salary of around $900,000-a-year from the university, despite being forced to resign amid a plagiarism scandal.
Gay, 53, resigned on Tuesday after months of questions about her leadership.
She will remain a member of the university staff and return to a teaching role at the department of political science, and keep a similar salary.

The place has a lot of influence on our society as "the best college in the world" or something like that. As of right now the news loves to quote Harvard "experts" and the banks and big business still love to hire Harvard grads, and the cream of foreign countries are still sent to Harvard to become leaders in their home country.
This woman should be out on the street looking for work, not making almost a Mil a year and hobnobbing with the Obamas and their set. She feels no pain right now.

I’ve heard of Harvard before yes.
But the Ivy League circle jerk is its own thing. They don’t give a frick about the public, and their relevance is waning quickly.
